Yes, it is. There are other exercises that I have used over the years, but this was concise and here--so easy to share.

For arthritis, rotation exercises of the wrist and thumb are good. Do in both directions.

Neck and shoulder rotations and stretches are important as well.

Even general back stretches, many of which can be done while sitting. It is all connected.
