They are beautiful. I have been making them for at least 15 years for my grand- children. People do not realize how many hours it takes and how much work goes into them.

My mom did this type of stocking for all her kids and grandkids. Since she has passed, we all got ours that she did, so now I've made them for my husband, his daughters and our granddaughters. Have a new son in law as of Dec 29 last year, and he was concerned last Christmas that there was no stocking for him...I was waiting til the marriage was official! So I better get busy on his or Christmas will be here, and he STILL won't have one
