Oh, thank you. I had completely forgot Ben Franklin. We used to have one near us - the local 5 and dime stores. I miss them. Thanks again. Got some crafts copies from here.

what a strange sight------------there are NO Ben Franklins left in this area at all. Don't think any on the East Coast at all. LOVED that store. The photos looked so familiar.

When my grandson was quite young he wanted to go too Uncle Ben's. At first I couldn't figure out what he meant - we were close to the Ben Franklin Store. Kids do say the darnest things. Unfortunately the store has since closed.
