can anyone help me? I have a cardigan knit pattern. It says
work over first 21 stitches. for right front and place on holder
What does work over mean, the rest say work across.
Placing stitches on a 'stitch holder' means you will stop knitting on those 21sts, and you will return to those sts when your directions tells you to do so. Hope th helps you
