Microsoft Word. Send your email addy and I'll send it that way.
I just opened it w/o trouble, so, I don't know. Sigh!

Boots, when you save, you can select the extension file which would be the same as the revision 2000-2003. Instead of just saving as .docx, just save it as .doc. This way anyone that does not have the latest MS Office can still open the file.

Boots, I opened it with no problem. I clicked the download button, was asked if I wanted to open it or save it. I opened it, checked it over and then saved it. Thanks for sharing.
