Tomi Ridenoufer and Ruberdube tubby tube went bear hunting in Quebec and Ruberdube caught a bear and gulped it down before Tomi could take a bite but Tomi caught another and swallowed it whole before Ruberdube could swaller her tongue. And they all lived happily ever after.

It's not really funny if you only think of it as meaning something...but the funny side is that it's a tongue twister, and when you say it out loud, or listen to it on google translate, it makes you laugh.
