I want to knit golf head covers with the eyelash hoods. I have made several using the lion brand fun fur. Now I would like to use a glitter eyelash for the hoods but am worried about the felting process that is part of the pattern. So the question is how do you think the glitter will hold up in the felting process. Martha Stewart has a real glittery yarn, lion brand offers an eyelash with some sequins and ICE has a metallic glitter. Of course I would use a mesh bag when I felt. Appreciate any help. You have always come trough for me.

Yes, thought of that but I want to avoid buying the wrong yarn so was hoping that someone already experienced this issue.

it washes just fine. I've made many felted purses with eyelash + metallic yarn and it comes out well.
