Today, I need to peel that darn rock of a turnip,😞 to prepare our belated St. Patrick’s Day dinner 🍀❗😊
Got the dishwasher going🧼 🍽🧽& laundry 🧺 first batch is going. Oh Saturday morning chore duties in works, after my morning breakfast Sat. a.m. morng muffin of day. 🥧Daughter likes pistachio, hubby likes blueberry, son likes corn ones, I like Raisin Bran ones, but I can rarely find those.☹
Dog bones need to be made for Maggie to put in the freezer.🥶❗
Time to water plants, some look droopy. 🥀❗😞
Hubby bought grandbaby a new bunny & books for Easter🐣, while I was doing the grocery trip of wk,🛒 🚶🏼‍♀️ for our food. Did you or will you host a St. Patrick’s day ☘ dinner 🥘 today, yesterday or at all or Not this weekend?❓🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼🤷🏼‍♀️❓😄

Visited DH in Home on St. Par's Day! He was all decked out in green - you should have seen his socks! Then DD who now lives with me made the Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner - I made two loaves of Irish Soda bread - and she made the most delicious green mint chocolate brownies with a ganache on top! Oh my! Dee-licious! And the other DD, who lives down the road, came up & we had a delightful St. Pat's dinner! Today I am exhausted from ALL I did yesterday! Too much excitement, I guess, for this old soul!

Didn’t do anything for saint Patrick’s day. Sun is out here. May scoot over and meet granddaughter’s new kitten. She has to move from home at the end of August to finish her last 2 years of her Bachelors, so this will be her roommate.

Just curious. If you celebrate St. Patrick's Day is it because you have Irish roots? I'm born and bred in Ireland and we don't celebrate.

Liked all the posts..Your hubby shows a caring side by buying a cute bunny and books...I love the way the Mexican inspired throw is coming along...I had the Cornbeef and fixings on St. Patricks day for just daughter and I ..It came out good and was tasty...We had leftover veggies that I cooked in the cast iron frying pan (kind of like a hash with out the meat) and she likes it to be extra crispy which it was..We had it with smoked Kielbasa and a side of peas along with the above...
