Hello from South Carolina

This is a new site for me. I am a self-taught knitter, so as you can imagine, I am very slow! Have knit afghans, Christmas stockings and dishcloths. It takes me a while, but I manage to finally finish what I start. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Believe it or not, we don't live that far from each other. I live in Greenwood and have relatives in Anderson. Thanks for the welcome to the forum. I have really enjoyed reading the posts and have learned from them. As I said in my previous post, I am self-taught and VERY slow. But, I eventually get the project done. I've done a few afghans, scarves, slippers, and quite a few Christmas stockings that took forever! Right now I am doing dishcloths because they are so portable. The stockings took a lot of concentration and presently, I don't have the time to take on something so complicated.
