Hello, I am new here and I thought it would be nice to say hi

I have been knitting and crocheting for as long as I can remember, my mom taught me when I was very young, and I started knitting clothes for my dolls when I was a little girl. I make pottery for living, but when I sit at night to relax I always have some knitting or crochet project going, since I can't just sit without making something with my hands. I am currently working on an angora sweater, I hope to share some photos here, after I've snapped a few.

I lived on 29th & Penn but my best friend lived on or near 40th & Lyndale, Kathy Johnson. Her parents name was Iverson. I don't remember any Pat-Polar dances but my guess is that I'm older than you - I'm 70. I've recently retired but, I worked with a gal that went to Henry but, she's my age - Geri Wagner - that's her married name. She lived closer to me but, we didn't know each other growing up. She now lives in St. Paul also, about 1 mile from me.
