Where do the increases start??

I would say Row 8 after the garter stitch border. So then, you would work Rows 1 - 6 of the lace panel, then Row 1, then Row 2 (increase on this row as it is the 8th row) and continue in this fashion.

6. purl
1. k lace
2. purl (increase row)
3. k lace
4. purl
5. k lace
6. purl
1. k lace
2. purl
3. k lace
4. purl (increase row)
5. k lace
6. purl

Keep going in this fashion until you've completed the increases, and follow remaining instructions.

I second the motion :~). Being careless with your email address can attract scams, hackers, and pornographic messages, and it takes forever to get rid of them because the senders use a different email address every time they send the messages out, making them impossible to trace.

Increase at the beginning and end of the 8th row. Not in the lace panel. I usually increase after the first stitch and before the last stitch.

I would think the increases are in the lace sections, but you haven't shown those.
