You slip the next two stitches, then put the left needle back through and knit them together to get a decrease. There are lots of videos showing it on Youtube. Here is one:
You end up with a decrease that is leaning the opposite direction from a k2tog.
It means "slip, slip, knit". To execute: slip the next two stitches 'knit wise', one at a time, to the right needle. Leaving them on the right needle, insert the left needle into the front of the two stitches and knit them together. It will make a stitch that slants to the left.
