I'm looking for the raglan cardigan pattern almost every knitter made in the 60's that used the dropped stitch on either alternate rows or every 2 or 3 rows. It's very similar in appearance to the "dropped garter stitch" recently posted as a scarf. The front yoke and back of the sweater was strait Stocking Stitch; the front lower portions were in the dropped stitch. The sweater may have been sold originally in a pre-packaged "kit" for beginners, but I'm not sure, because I hadn't graduated past making square pot holders at that time in my life
