I live in beautiful Western Kentucky. I am a self-taught knitter. I need some tutorials. I had not knitted for a long time. In March I began having some health problems and knitting longings. I started knitting dishcloths. I have truly enjoyed knitting the breast cancer awareness emblem cloths. I give them away. Also I have knitted a cloth with my state map and abbreviation KY. My friends have really liked them. I am writing too much. You can tell I am bashful and a little backward(Ha,Ha). Oh, I am a retired elementary teacher and still sub. Also I play organ in my church. God gave me a beautiful daughter, wonderful son-in-law, and three very smart, musical grandchildren. We have a wonderful husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather.

We went through Kentucky on a bus tour from New York to LA several years ago. Went to a horse stud there. The countryside is beautiful.
