Sadly, no longer. Our unloved mayor banned the horse-drawn vehicles a few years ago. Some things she’s done are good, but that was a really dumb move, in my opinion.
I am on the side of the horses here they had to travel amongst all the cars, trucks etc and the city crowds, Often the owner /drivers were cruel. One horse dropped dead in a busy street. I am so glad they have been banned!
