Italian Chicken Wings ~ Serves 4
Ready in over 5 hrs

Made with soy sauce, chicken wings, and Italian dressing

4 pounds chicken wings
16 ounce bottle Italian dressing (not the creamy kind)
8 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium is fine

Remove the tips from the wings and cut the wings into drummies and flappers.
Place the wings in a zip-top plastic bag or bowl. Add the Italian dressing and soy sauce. Mix well.
Seal the bag (or cover the bowl) and place in the refrigerator.
Marinate for 4-10 hours, turning the bag occasionally (or stirring the mixture in the bowl).
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Remove the wings from the marinade with a slotted spoon and spread evenly in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 2-3 hours, turning the wings occasionally to brown on all sides.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
