Thank you for your response!I hope so. I only had a chance to flip through it at the store. The proof will be in the pudding.....when I actually refer to it to hone my almost non-existent knitting skills. I do know how to do a long tail cast on and can perform basic knit and purl functions; but I get confused easily. All I've ever knitted are practice swatches ... and they confound me!
The book contains (among the basic how-tos, and a few patterns etc) colour photos and instructions for 200 stitch patterns, which are way beyond my (non) skill level ... but hope springs eternal and I may learn how to knit - and come to enjoy it - yet! So far, every attempt has been an exercise in frustration .... so I end up tossing aside the knitting needles in favour of my crochet hook. 🌼
