Just Curious -- How many knitting and crocheting books do you own? Which ones are your favorite?

I do know how to do a long tail cast on and can perform basic knit and purl functions; but I get confused easily. All I've ever knitted are practice swatches ... and they confound me!

The book contains (among the basic how-tos, and a few patterns etc) colour photos and instructions for 200 stitch patterns, which are way beyond my (non) skill level ... but hope springs eternal and I may learn how to knit - and come to enjoy it - yet! So far, every attempt has been an exercise in frustration .... so I end up tossing aside the knitting needles in favour of my crochet hook. 🌼

You’ve probably hidden that section. Look under your avatar, settings, preferences. If the members buy sell trade is checked, you should uncheck it, save at the bottom of the page and the next time it updates (the system seems to update at ten minutes before the hour), you should be able to click on the link without getting the “oops”.
