My little French Bulldog Poopsie (she looks exactly like my avatar), had four seizures an Saturday one of which was a Grand Mal seizure. We took her to the emergency vet and they put her on meds I have an appointment today with our regular vet. I've had a good cry yesterday. I'm preparing myself for the worst. It's hard when our pets get sick because we love them so dearly. Thanks for listening.

Best wishes and prayers for your little pup! I have had several pets with seizure issues, and I can truly feel your concern and pain. Please let us know of your pup's progress.

I will remember you in my prayers. Veterinarians can do wonders - I had a Bischon Frise who had seizures and, once we eliminated the question of a brain tumor, she was pretty well controlled with medication. Her age became a factor - she was 13 when she started having them. But I loved her with all my heart(and love the 2 I have now). It is so hard to see our "babies" going through hard times.

Thank you for all the well wishes. The vet said she tested positive for Lyme Disease and prescribed doxyclomin. Apparently dogs are susceptible to this, hopefully the antibiotics will take care of the, rest. She doesn't need to continue the seizure med. I am so grateful and feel really blessed as this could be much worse. Thank you Doreene
