Thanks to all the interest and encouraging posts!
here is the first one, I am entering it a day ahead as I will each day due to the time differences everywhere!

The first things you can cross off your shopping lists will be:

Jellys or Jams
Ice cream toppings
PopTart (recipe soon) fillers
Cheesecake(recipe soon) toppings
Jelly roll (recipe soon) fillings
Biscuits(recipe soon) toppings
Turnovers(recipe soon) fillings
Mini Pies (recipe soon) fillings

My own microwave jams:

micro is based on an 800watt oven...make adjustments accordingly...such as to repeat the 10-12mins boiling if
needed to make sure all the sugar is dissolved, and it will
be thickened when cooled.
I keep mine in an old time ring top jar---makes about 3 cups.

Non-sweetener=any sugar substitute, such as Steevia etc...

This sounds great, gonna make some, wish I had it before I canned jelly all summer, but sending it on to a friend, and copying it for me! Thank you!

It is good, a person can use the equivelant amount of frozen fruits and berries, or your own canned fruits, too...but, of course fresh would be a first choice...

and If you want it "jellier" add sure-gell into the fruit first, Micro 10-12mins, then add the sugar, Micro again another 10-12mins. put out a tsp onto a saucer to test for thickness.
