Wavy garter stitch cardi for newborn from Lullaby Knits. This book looks beautiful, but when I want to knit something from it, I find that nothing is "quite right". Either the neck looks too baggy or I haven't got the required yarn. Still I love browsing it and this cardi is nice.
Sirdar set for newly born Sophie and the anchor jumper -another from Sirdar, for her 2 year old brother Oliver.

They're lovely patterns. Beautiful work. I don't see anything wrong with the blue jacket. If neckline is too wide, add a band on it to draw it in a little. May just be the different yarn to the pattern.

Could you share the name of the knitting magazine that carried the pattern for the second sweater (with the pleats)?

It was published in Knitting magazine issue 126 March 2014 (UK). The pattern is not Sirdar as I originally said, but is from Sublime 14th book of hand knits. This is my favourite knitting magazine - I knit something from almost every issue.
