I think at some point I read a trick for picking up a project, long left in the bottom of the basket, and continuing with it in a way that won't show a line of "old" knitting from "new". Any tricks? Thanking you in advance!
Also when you unpick a row or two use a slightly smaller needle to do it so that you don't stretch the stitches then carry on with your right size needles
Also,if you work with circular needles, just slide the working stitches onto the able. Also the ridge left from lying too long on a needle does not usually wash or block out.
