I USED A PATTERN ONCE THAT USED A SMALL & A LARGE NEEDLE. AS YOU WORKED THE PIECE, IT LOOKED LIKE DIAGONAL LINES OF TINY FLOWERS. YOU USED WHITE EVERY THER ROW WITH A PASTEL FOR THE OTHER ROWS. I CAN'T FIND THE PATTERN. DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS PATTERN? I MADE A BABY BLANKET, BUT I THINK THERE WAS A SWEATER, HAT AND BOOTIES, TOO.

Bestest Gramma,
I believe I have that pattern. It was in a McCalls Needle work magazine, Called flower garden pattern done with green yellow pink and blue alternating with white. I made it for my second baby born in 1971. If this sound like the right pattern I can make a copy and snail mail it. I have no clue how to put it in the computer and sent it that way. Glad to help stay number one!   Kaju

There is a pattern for a ruffled baby blanket in two colors using 2 different sized needles. It's in the free pattern section. Scroll down the free pattern pictures and you will find it.

HOWDY,

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. My computer has been giving me problems. I hope it is finally fixed. I will gladly pay for copies and postage and/or what ever. I have "A-LOT" of various crochet patterns I would be willing to trade, too.

Anxious to hear,
BESTEST GRAMMA
