My youngest, Joshua, has been asking me to make a bear bag ever since he saw the one in this (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/sources/amigurumi-cosy)book. Well, I'd gotten the book from the library and didn't get around to the bag before I had to return the book, so I picked up my hook and hoped for the best. I'd say it turned out pretty well being my first bag and without a pattern. He's happy with it. I'll have to make a few more for gifts, but with a pattern next time!
The baby hat I made in case any friends have boys. I'm going to have to make another bag, a lovey, and maybe booties to go with it to make a nice little set.
