Little knit baby skirt.

Just done this today. It's the Alyssa skirt, free on ravelry. I'm not sure about the ' baggy ness ' around the waist . It's knit in the round , but there is no decreasing , just eyelets and icord to keep it up. I really need to get some dps as I used my symphonie tips !! Fiddly !! But I've never done icord before today ( good old YouTube !) it's done in dk and is a lovely bright green.
