I sent my husband a picture of the Dead Fish Hat and he said, "Why is it dead? Make next one alive." So, I did. I have to say, though, I think the dead ones are cuter. :lol:
Just a note here, I switched to Size 4 knitting needles and shortened it a bit to make it child-size.

I love your fish hat. My favorite are the live fish hats. I wish I had thought to go down in the needle size. I made one for one of my grandsons last year and his 4yr old brother kept using it so I made another one for the 4yr old. I just finished it this morning. Oh well, it will last him a lifetime.
