Where can I find a knitting pattern called "fans and shells"?

You might want to add "free pattern" to that.
A good suggestion, however, I had done the search before I posted. I just haven't figured out the attachment thingie yet.
Try www.about.com and type the pattern in the search. I have found many patterns from here.
"Feather and Fan" might be what you are looking for. It's a very popular stitch pattern.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I did find the pattern and it was "feathers and fans" I had admired someone's work and they gave me the wrong name to the pattern. I will be making another shawl with this pattern after I finish my current shawl.
Does anyone have a pattern for the circle scarf (infinity). It has to be knitted for me and I need needle size and yarn specifics. Thanks so much for your help.

I can't swear to it, but, I have not been on all that many sites in the past couple of days...
the search engines are so good these days if you try inputting in a couple of different ways I bet it will turn up.
