A "while" ago (which can mean up to a week or more?), someone posted a shawl she'd made in very pale colors: beige, tan, white, etc. It was crocheted, and was in thread, I believe. Well, I finally got hold of the thread I want to use, but I can't seem to find the pattern. Does anyone remember it? Can you help me find it? Can you give me the web site?

Please and thank you!!

I found it!! It's called Neptune's Tears. It was on Ravelry. It appears to be crocheted in lace yarn, but I want to give it a try in crochet thread. To any of you who tried to find this for me, thank you so much. I realize now that I didn't give much info to go on, so I just did a search of places on my own. "Seek and ye shall find!" So I did....and I DID!!

hey gloria... my mom used to say

"ye have not, because ye ask not in the right places"
My mother used to say, "Ask St. Anthony." (He is/was the patron saint of lost things, or so Catholics believe(d). One time I said to her, "If St. Anthony knows where it is, then why didn't he just tell me in the first place?!" Mother was NOT amused!!

A (non-Catholic) friend taught me this rhyme:

"Toni, Toni turn around. [here you turn yourself around]
What once was lost,
Can now be found"

Why does it work? maybe because we have faith?!
