Has anyone ever knitted a sweater in Mary Maxim starlette Ragg. There is one in the latest catalog and it looks nice but I've never used that yarn before and wondered if anyone else has tried it.
Thanks
Peg

I just got the shawl and so far working with the yarn is like working with a chunky yarn. I like it so far. the pattern I have takes up to 10 skeins for an extra large. hope this is helpful to you,

Where in Canada is the store that you go to?
My oldest son lives near Toronto, (Mississauga) and next time I go to visit, I will HAVE to spend a day at the MM shop!

KrazyKat, The store is in Port Heron, Michigan. There is a part of Canada that dips down between MI and NY state. It's only a couple of hours from Buffalo to Michigan once you get across the border. Sorry, not in Canada.

Cozycat, OH you lucky girl!!! I have wanted your kitties forever!! I have a dilute calico Persian but always wanted yours. They are so different from the domestic, huh? I think they come spoiled. I used to breed and have had most colors, except yours. I ended up with my Sabana cuz she was a bottle baby ( Mom never got milk) and after all that who can let them go? She is unusual in the fact her blue is tabby. Never seen a tabby calico. Anyway, have a FABULOUS Day!!!
