These socks were knit using On-line Supersocke "Walking-Color". Am very pleased with the color way.
The skein weighted 101 grams. Split the skein into two different balls by weighting the left over yarn as I was rewinding. (I like to knit two at a time.) After matching the color way for casting on, C/O 60 stitches on US #1 and knit 15 rounds for the cuff, 60 rounds for the leg. Proceeded with the heel flap, turned heel, picked up 15 + 2 for the gusset. After the gusset decreases and ending with 60 stitches again, continue with the foot for 30 rows. Continued with toe forming until there were 16 stitches left, kitchener it closed.
I wear an 8.5 shoe and this formula works for me.
