It seems ADMIN has allowed someone to come to this site and post multiple identical posts of a political nature. A poster, 'biknities' has posted no less than 5 times the same post in less than 15 minutes. It's even more upsetting to see this person just joined this forum TODAY!!! Am I the only one who got these postings?

Personally, I wish they would not let political postings on this site...there are other places to get into this subject...this is supposed to be a fun, friendly site, helpful and heartwarming to the knitters and crocheters....

Enough said by me...

No, we all saw the postings and there were 6. A quick word to Admin under Report Issue might help. Admin could at least remove some of the postings.
Guess I missed the postings...but still feel the same.

There is a political topic if someone wants to talk politics. That way those of us who are not interested can unsubscribe and not be bothered. I don't come to this site for politics and I don't want to sound biased but the political postings seem to be US based. This site is world wide.

She is new and may have thought when she hit send that it did not take and then had hit it multiply times. I have a slow computer and have hit the send button twice for a double posting. You can delete the double, triple, etc. postings if you are aware of them in a short time. I am giving her the benefit of doubt since she is new. I have not clicked on any of the 5-6. I am not interested in political threads.

I'm currently using a dial-up connection and have learned to wait until the tab/screen has snapped back to the KP forum before moving onto the next topic tab. I built this baby and am STILL learning how to deal with the 'new' computers and Operating Systems as they come out. I feel for the KP new posters who haven't learned what speed their computers have.

But why did they ALL have to be removed? Couldn't Admin leave one? Newbies are allowed errors aren't they? How many knitters frog their work out there?
Because Admin is very experienced in computers and forums. He/She knows most of the time multiple postings of a potentially/probably volatile topic is the work of a "Troll".
Here is more information, if you are interested
