I have been knitting for many years but always kept away from Aran it always looked complicated. Decided to face my demons and have a go and didn't find it so difficult after all. I hope to make many more like this.

Beautiful accomplishment for your first Aran!!! Have you thought about trying an afghan to experiment with various cable stitches? It's really a fun thing to do. If you do an online search for Aran Afghans you'll find lots of inspiration.
