Need a pattern

I am new to this introduce yourself page, but I have looked over pictures you all have sent in and boy I thought I was a pretty good knitter but looking at the projects all of you have done, I'm rethinking that.
I live in a little town in Idaho and not much goes on around here and when I say little, pop. is only 298. So a lot of time for knitting.

Why I am writing this note is I seen a little girls skirt made out of that sasye ribbon yarn by red heart,the skirt was ruffled with it and I have been trying to find me a pattern of that article and cannot find one does any one know where I can get it from, I have a couple of Great Nieces that would love it.
