I have made only a couple of small items in my effort to learn Tunisian, and I think I have a little of the basics down. My current pattern is for a dish cloth that says to ch 33 and then double stitch in 3rd chain from hook. From what I see of double stitch, you insert hook into vertical bar and horizontal bar of next stitch. How does that work in a chain?

In another small project attempt, I am having difficulty increasing. Even though I think I am doing it correctly, I am not coming up with the correct number of stitches.

Maybe someone can suggest some good tutorials, videos, etc. I will continue to search on my own, but I'm getting frustrated between the two projects not going anywhere. I'm wearing my yarn out. I have viewed some helpful videos but never seem to find the specific answers to my questions. I know there are some Tunisian experts out there, and I have seen some fantastic work [John], so I look forward to all comments and suggestions.

Check your local library to see if there are any good books on this stitch.
