Hi. I just bought a ball of Bernat Truffle Yarn. It is similar to ruffle ribbon yarn however it has a chenille edging. Working up now and it is kind of interesting. Will post a photo once I am done.
Drop stitch scarf. I've made three so far -- I was "sweet talked" <flattered> out of the first two by my hand surgeon's receptionist and my granddaughter. I don't mind, they work up so fast and and love people to want something I've made.
I made several of those in various colorways and various types of ribbon yarn: After 6 or 7 years, they still look great, and never fail to elicit compliments! Yours looks fabulous, by the way. I've been talked out of more than I've kept for myself, too!
I bought 2 skeins of Bernat Baby Jccquards at Walmart for $2.50. Made hats with it and liked it so much I wanted more so checked their website and price was $5.50. Don't think so. Worth making another 25 mile trip especially when I can pick up other things while there.
