Good Morning Ladies from Lincoln, NE.
I am a newbie in all forms of the word. Since our winters
are long and cold and my hubbie is a Dept. of Roads worker,
I decided to go online and see if I could master the art of knitting.
I am still at the practice, practice, practice stage but have to say
I so enjoying reading and seeing all the beautiful projects you girls
have made. Think I may try a dishcloth here so. Freezing drizzle is
falling and snow to follow....think I will knit! Take care..Lady Di

I love this site... I have knitted most of my life but I never had the passion for it like I do now in my mid-fifty's... I love the news letter we get... I am finding lots of links to videos to help teach me thats so much easier than reading it off of a pattern... The skys the limit now as far as I'm concerned... I'm planning a pair of socks next... I have learned that guage really is important...LOL... my first pair of socks are slippers now.. but thats ok.. the whole family wears them... they are quite large...

Hey Lady Di,
Let any of us know if we can help in any way. This site has a great bunch of ladies willing to help. There are tons of websites with lots of help.
I guess you know by reading, I am southeast Texas and we are having a real hard winter for us. I hate winter with a purple passion.
