Welcome to the forum! I'm looking forward to seeing what you have to show us!
Hi grammajen! Welcome to this wonderful forum. I'm Carol from Wisconsin. I knit and crochet as well as do various other crafts. Always seem to have at least two knitting and two crochet projects going at one time. What project are you currently working on? Ahhh, sunny Arizona. Beautiful state and I would so love to be there. Enjoy it for me.grammajen said:I am new to the forum and just wanted to say "HI"! I have been following for some time and love all of the great ideas and sharing. I have been crocheting for 30+ years and finally taught myself to knit about 9 months ago...now I am hooked. I will post some project pictures in a few days. Glad to be here from sunny Arizona!!!
Mornin" Carol...just finished a wrap/shawl with a slit/pocket to hold it together for my daughter. Now I'm working on a ribbed tank top for another daughter. Also have a practice pair of socks (magic loop) and a Christmas ornament on other needles, and am quilting a blanket for a new grandbaby!!Carol L. said:Hi grammajen! Welcome to this wonderful forum. Do you have any pictures of the wrap/shawl you can show us? I've been toying with making one for me. Just not sure yet what pattern I want to use but I like the idea of one with a slit/pocket to hold it together. Would love to see a photo of the one you made or if you can share the name of the pattern with me I can look it up. Thanks.grammajen said:Mornin" Carol...just finished a wrap/shawl with a slit/pocket to hold it together for my daughter. Now I'm working on a ribbed tank top for another daughter.
