Not me either. I will probably roast a turkey tomorrow or Saturday, only because it was almost free. I got a 27lb bird for $2 after sale, coupon, and rebate.
I will be sharing with my 3 girls (dog & 2 cats).

A few years ago, friend was laughing about her engineer daughter having created a spreadsheet for her first year fixing Thanksgiving dinner. I laughed because I use a written schedule after decades of fixing Thanksgiving dinners. I also use a packing list when going on trips. Some of us are just planners.

I'm a list maker too. Not a timetable but just a list so nothing is forgotten..
I woke up at 4am this morning so I decided to cook the turkey then. My dog and I ate quite a bit of it a couple of hours ago. Tomorrow when I finish stripping it I will probably make dressing and sweet potatoes.
