I recently saw a scarf at a shop in Iowa and was told that it is available at knit shops. It uses one skein of yarn and contains 4 stitches and is easy. It appears to use wrap arounds or drop stitches to make large holes and it is like on a bias. Anyone know where to find this pattern?

I'd do a google image search for "drop stitch scarf" and see if it turns up or if there's one that is similar--I've found lots of patterns that way. Also, if you belong to Ravelry, you can search there.
