PT is going real good, today they added weights on my leg. I was still able to lift my knee and leg off the table for a set of 3 x 15. Used the weights on all of the other exercises too. I just wish the second knee replacement was done and this far along. To all of my KP friends out there that are thinking or needing a knee replacement, get it done sooner than later. The younger you are the quicker they say you bounce back. I will be 72 next month and I sure wish I had done it 8 years ago when I was told it was already bone on bone. I am doing great.
