Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and would like some help finding free knitting patterns for babies, toddlers and childrens sweaters that have pictures knitted in the front. Im looking for farm animals, zoo animals, cars, tricks, tractors, etc for boys and fairies, flowers, animals etc for girls. Im a nurse and about to start a very long stint of night shift and hope to get a lot of knitting done for my grandys. I will be using pure Australian wool in 4ply and 8 ply. I found quite a few of the intarsia patterns on Ravelry.com. You can also google free intarsia knitting patterns for babies. Another way to search is to google baby sweater patterns with motifs in them. I've had success with googling for intarsia patterns this way.
