Thank you, Grace. It was time-consuming but I'd wanted a tea cosy 'forever' and finally got around to making it. Actually, it's the first thing I ever did for me, except for bookmarks and potholders, so I decided time wasn't the issue - just wanted a cute tea cosy - and I'm thoroughly enjoying it...having a cuppa right now. Take care. hugs/e :wink:grace10 said:I didn't realize you had actually made the tea cozy. What lovely work and a bit time consuming, I'm thinking.

Thanks for the encouragement - but what's a mug mat? Like you, I like tea/coffee both hot/cold - depending upon the weather and my mood...grace10 said:Good for you! It isn't selfish to do something 'just for me' occasionally. You did a great job. You must now make yourself a mug cozy and a mug mat! My mom was fond of the popcorn stitch. I like iced tea and hot coffee, but I also love hot tea and iced coffee. I have never had a large tea pot like yours but I love them. ~ Grace
Here's info - hope it helps..Peg said:Thank you Grace10. I need the knitting instructions on how to do the popcorn stitch.
