Where I donate preemie projects, they have requested Easter hats. Does anyone have a pattern that can be made small enough and still look like it's meant for Easter?

Do you already have some preemie hat patterns? Just using easter colors is one idea.

Here are a bunch of baby hats w/bunny ears - that's kind of easter-ish. Just take the preemie hat patterns you already have and add some bunny ears to them.

Bernat makes a varigated yarn in easter colors that would work great for a premie hat. I believe it's called baby jacquards.
