Just put the yarn arround the needle before you start that row. :lol: :lol:

Thanks for posting the link, Hilary4. I was trying to describe how you wrap the yarn around the right needle before knitting the stitch on the left and I was quite sure I wouldn't be able to..... a picture is worth a thousand words.

I was going to try to describe it and wasn't sure if the first stitch was going to be knit or purl before I tried to describe how it is done.

So many knitting quandaries can be solved with Google and You Tube!
