Can you go to the folder and right click it, then either copy and paste to the jump drive or cut and paste depending on whether you want to keep them on the computer or not. I always cut and paste into mine.
what is a jump drive please? is it like a memory stick?

I have been taking the newsletters and putting in a special folder. Does anyone know how to take the folders and put them on a jump drive. I now have about 22 pages in the folder. :?:
Are they in *.pdf format? I imagine you can simply right-mouse click on the folder in question and either copy (Ctrl c) or cut (Ctrl x) the folder. The next step would be to paste (Ctrl v) the folder onto the usb drive after you left mouse click to select the correct drive letter.

I also have a 16 GB flash drive,
this is how to save on the flash drive, once you have it plugged into your computer, open up your file folder click on each news letter to open them, either click on file in the upper left had corner of your computer or right click in a blank space on the computer and click on save as, a box will open up, at the top of the box it will say what you are saving it under, my flash drive says [ STORE N GO ] then at the bottom it will say the name of what you are storing and click save, that's all there it to it. Have Fun

No idea what a jump dive is!
Also known as a usb flash drive. It's a little thingy about the size of a cigarette lighter that plugs into a slot on your computer. You can store documents, pictures, music on it for backup. When my old laptop crashed, I was so thankful I had all my important stuff saved on a usb.
