It appears to be quite rare nowadays. I bought the pattern on ebay a couple of months back as my original copy was a bit dog-eared.

OK here is what I did, I copied baby prem pattern for a matinee jacket typed in robin after jacket in the google search section. Then go down the page to Vintage PDF Baby Knitting Pattern Robin 2798 4ply Matinee Jacket ... GOOD LUCK

That's not the same pattern. It's #14695 that you want :-D

I recently found a pattern I was looking for on ebay in the UK and purchased it instantly. It was marked as posted 5 days ago. Maybe you could give that a go. You never know your luck!
