In a pattern row 6 said RS then K6, P6 etc., I didn't what to do because my row 5 ended on the wrong side. Shirley.

Hi new knitter, I believe the RS means right side so if you can not knit another row so you wind up on the right side, then you can always just reverse what they tell you. So if it says k6 then you p6. Remember a knit on the back side of your garment is a purl. I have a small knitting club at work. This type of thing comes up all the time. Good Luck!
Or if you want to follow the pattern, exactly, pull out the last row and you should be on the right side....
Hi
If row 5 was a wrong side row, then row 6 is the right side row and you are aok.
