I made the skirts for twin granddaughters Morgan and Rachel
The pattern was purchased from Kustom Kreations on Ravelry. I used Starbella yarn for the ruffle and Red Heart supersaver for the skirt base. :-D

May I ask what sise you made for the twin grandaughters,I am making a size 8 and it takes more than the one ball of yarn called for in the pattern!
Your skirts are lovely, our trin grandchildren are a boy and a girl, so no matching for them!
