ruffled baby afghan

I saw this somewhere, read thru the pattern and thought I marked it. I have no idea where it was. It was a white st knit with a plain st knit ruffle ending in garter stitches. I can't remember the exact info on how to make the ruffle. I know it was not difficult. I liked it because there were no holes for lil fingers to get caught in. I just thought it would be an ideal pattern for my due in early January great grand daughter. Any help is appreciated!!
