I snagged a see through back pack some years ago as I thought it was clever and now house WIPS, accesssories, etc., in it.
They've available online, in stores but if you see one out and about at a garage sale or thrift store, they might interest you.....Some come in child styles and all colors of vinyl in the seams, etc., yet still see through.
If you want to make your child a 'learn to knit/crochet kit', all the items could go in one of these and be really cute, too!! Being able to see through them is always helpful and will keep items clean and less likely to be lost.
