I posted last week to tell everyone that I had treated myself to a pair of signature circulars and how delighted I was with them.
I emailed to company to find out if they exported to any of the retail outlets in the UK as I would like to buy some more, but resent paying the post office £8 handling fee.
Naturally I had checked on the site to see if there was any evidence of a UK supplier and nothing I put in the search facility came up with anything. I have just received the below reply;

"Dear Carol,
Please visit our website for a complete list of retailers in your area.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you,
Peggy"

I don't know if I am just becoming a grumpy old woman, but having spent the best part of £40 on one set of needles, and potentially in the market for more, I expected to be treated as though i had at least one cell in my brain and perhaps something a little bit more helpful!

Do any of you wonderful people out there know if signature needles are available in the UK?

http://www.signatureneedlearts.com/circular-needles.html ,and then - way down and in small print - there's the word 'Retailers'
http://www.signatureneedlearts.com/retailers/

Not having a postal code, I just looked at the list until I saw the store mentioned in an earlier post. Then I googled The Yarn Box
http://www.yarnbox.co.uk/ , and down in the left-hand column I clicked on Needles, specified Signature Needle Arts and got to the page whose link I posted

It would help if the folks at Signature Needle Arts would list their retailers by country.

Thanks Jessica-jean, I didn't scroll down far enough, I was just putting places in the search facility. It's been very useful, because I am going to Australia for Christmas and new year, and there is an outlet nearby that sells them considerably cheaper than I can get them here!

I find searching very difficult at times also.. I was looking for something months back on Ravelry.. and didn't find what I was wanting.. then the other day I was looking for something different, or so I thought and there were hundreds of patterns I couldn't find in the first place.. it is very frustrating... its a good thing that Jessica and Debbie were able to help.... I agree that after spending so much money on their product they could of been more helpful.. but now you know how their customer service is.. I hope you have a great time and get all you are needing...
